Advanced import not importing review text or stars

    Hi,

    Thanks for helping with my previous issue regarding business address.
    Now I have the 5 reviews imported and after looking at various support tickets that have the same issue with manual importing I still can’t get the manually imported reviews to show the text or stars ratings. You mentioned in a few tickets that several updates to the plugin fixed this issue but I am still getting it.
    As I said, when copying the relevant div outer html <div class=”lcorif fp-w”> I can see each review that I have to add a manual date to but no review text or stars are showing.

    Can you please help?

    @aitsatur Thanks for getting in touch about this.

    I am aware of the issue and it will be fixed in the next version of the plugin.

    One thing that you can do to assist: please email me the HTML you’ve copied (as a text attachment) to wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com. The current data I have is working as expected and I need additional source material for further testing.

    @aitsatur All received and I’ll perform tests with your sample and the others I have to resolve this properly for the next version.

    @aitsatur I believe this is now fixed for the newer version of HTML. The tests I have performed are consistently showing the review text and the rating for each entry.

    Please download the latest version of the plugin (3.34) and let me know if this has resolved the HTML Import issue for you?

    Remember to force refresh after the update and delete any invalid review entries you want correcting.
