Advanced forms for collecting emails ?

I hope you are doing well today.

With Forminator you can use multiple email fields. I guess the goal here is to show Sender email in a message to Receiver.

Example:
create 1st email field -> {email-1}
create 1nd textarea field -> {textarea-1}
create 2nd email field -> {email-2}

Later on create additional Email Notification as:

subject: Hello

email body:
this is a message from {email-1}
{textarea-1}

In the Recipients tab set up Recipients as {email-2}
In the Advanced tab set up From Email as {email-2} as well.

Do not forget to set up SMTP plugin.
