Hello and thank you again for your response, again, very fast and with a solution proposal.
Indeed my idea physically resembles the advanced menu with “a single menu” + “several submenus”. But a menu loads another page, when my idea is to load only the content of a tab, but presented in a drop-down list rather than with tabs.
This idea came to me because of the length of the title of some tabs: display the tabs vertically and a small solution, but it remains ugly and it requires shortening the name of the tabs.
Since then, I have found other reasons to use a tab system in the form of a drop-down list, it would be really practical.
Regarding your menu, I must admit that even if it offers some advanced features, it is far from a mega-menu. But I fully understand that EA is not a menu plugin.
I do not plan to advertise another plugin that I will not use, because I am fully satisfied with EA and its support, but I found at least one addon for Elementor which allows me to make megamenu (or minus what looks like it approximates. lol). Maybe in your future improvements, you might be looking to go to a more advanced menu.
Besides, since we’re talking about improvements, here are some loose ideas that come to mind:
– a price table with grid display
– a statistics table in bar or with curves
– elements adapted to codecanyon plugins that have a lot of sales (mailster, wpDataTable …)
– elements in pop up
– sliders (automatic and manual) for images, articles and personalized content
– moreover, a post-grid in the form of a slider
Personally I don’t need all of these features, but it could be useful to users of Essential Addon, attracting new people, allowing you to add new content to attract attention.
Besides, if we consider the thousands of sales made on codecanyon, I don’t understand why too few plugins do not adapt to certain extensions displayed on this website. I could be wrong but I have the impression that, especially for Elementor addons in general, there is a completely empty market to recover. But I am neither a coder nor a marketing specialist, I could be wrong.
In any case, thank you again for your attention and your likely future response.
You can put the subject as “resolved”.
