Advanced Custom Fields Plugin is not working

    Hi.
    Was experiencing some problems while trying to use your plugin.
    Please see my screenshot uploaded to Dropbox.

    1. Deleted other plugin, it remains intact.
    In the Screenshot, ‘Featured Image 2’ is already deleted plugin name.
    But it still is being displayed, and duplicated twice.

    2. The plugin uses the ACF is a problem. <- Very important issues to me
    2-1. The deleted field is still displayed.
    2-2. The field is not visible in the specified user role -> Shop Manager.
    Well be shown in an unspecified user role -> Administrator.

    3. The plugin is not removed completely.
    At first I thought the problem of the ACF.
    But now I think the problem of your plugin.
    Because my friend is no problem, he did not use your plugin.
    So I deleted your plugin.
    However, there was no effect.
    I had to re-install your plugin, made sure that all settings are inherited intact.

    4. The reset function does not work.
    Deleting a plugin issue was not resolved, I tried to reset it.
    But this also did not work.
    Identified the following error message:
    “Action failed. Please refresh the page and retry.”

    I like to use your plugin normally again.
    Please help me.

    No. 2 issue was resolved.
    I’m sorry. It was not your plugin problem.
    When I update other plugin have been resolved automatically.

    Sorry this will remains intact if it is deleted.
    Because metabox have occasionally dynamic.
    (Occasionally display metabox, occasionally not display metabox)
    If you want to delete, need to reset settings.

    That was good to your problem is resolved.

    Sorry does not delete data of WP Admin UI Customize when you remove the this plugin.
    If you want to delete, need to reset settings.

    And I think maybe this notification of “WooCommerce”.
    Could you tell me please reset work when you have disable the WooCommerce?
    And,
    Could you possible to update the latest version of WooCommerce?
    I just have tested with WooCommerce latest version and that is working.

    In other words:

    1. Deactive the WooCommerce
    2. Reset the settings of Manage meta box of WP Admin UI Customize
    3. Can you possible to reset?
