    Hello,

    Regarding the advanced credit card, I have a big problem:

    Each order is failed the 1st time, and second try or third try, the order is successful.

    So I have a lot of failed order, so I loose a lot of money.

    The error is:

    Payment provider declined the payment, please use a different payment method. OrderEndpoint.php:446 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    Please help.

    Hello @othqsa95

    “Payment provider declined the payment, please use a different payment method.” is an error from PayPal and it could be because the buyer canceled the process at checkout, or their card or PayPal account was declined when trying to make this purchase. This is most likely caused by a bank or PayPal denying the transaction and needs to be investigated by PayPal Merchant Technical Support. We have no access to the backend logging of PayPal, so cannot see why this transaction was denied. Please contact PayPal Merchant Support to get this investigated.

    There is not much we can do for this instance, but do let us know if you have any technical questions concerning our plugin.

    Normally, I would suggest opening a new thread, but just to clarify quickly: the plugin does not decline payments; PayPal does. If you want to know why, the best course of action is to contact PayPal Merchant Support.
