    Hello @raidenelite,

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

In the case a payment button is not shown, we always first ask the merchants to do conflict testing to see if any other plugin or the theme is causing this issue. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behaviour persists. Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts.

By default, our plugin and it’s buttons function in a vanilla setup, so if we can first verify the base of the plugin works, then we can later investigate the conflict with the plugin you might isolate by doing conflict testing.

Please have a look at this and let us know what you find out.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello @raidenelite,

the last screenshot, you sent, contains an image of the PayPal payment method and it shows the correct buttons. These buttons are the replacement for the default WooCommerce button that should be used by the Advanced Card Processing payment method. So at least we see here, the JavaScript function that handles the buttons for our plugin is working.

What are you seeing when you select the Advanced Card Processing payment method? Could you share the URL of your site, or maybe you don’t feel comfortable sharing details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk? You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well).

    Pending your response.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello?@raidenelite,

Sorry about that, I did not translate the 2nd payment method, when that was cash on delivery, while I assumed it was Advanced Card Processing. I think in this case it might be better for us to have a look at the system report for giving you a better response. So please share it here or open a private engagement as informed on my previous response.

Sorry again for not checking your last response better.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Thank you @raidenelite for opening the private engagement.

This might have been related to the sign-up process that might have been missed. I have updated you on the private thread as well and we will continue there if needed. I will mark this thread as resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hi Joost,
I am having the same issue with the Advanced Card Processing. Sometimes the debit or credit card option is not showing up on the payment method for some customer. I have disabled other plugins, custom code and snippet and also switched to Hello Elementor.
