    Hello,

    the plugin was upgraded
    “Advanced AJAX Product Filters”
    then I lost my filters, we talked to their support and they told me that something has happened to my issue.

    Can you check it please and let me know if anything from the issue affects it?

    Hello there,
    as far as I can see from the attached screenshot, the plugin is not active.
    For this reason you are seeing [something] which are not rendered shortcodes.
    Checking your site I can see them working again, so you managed it at the end

    Hello,

    I had the plugin code in a code for drop down button however it stopped working after update. works again but not on dropdown button. but it does not matter. thank you
