    Hi Advanced Ads! We have installed and are testing Advanced Ads Pro (with tracking) and MailPoet Pro on our Magazine website (se attached url) When we test send a MailPoet newsletter with banner ad we can′t see any tracking clicks and views of banner. The link to banner does not show. MailPoet setting ‘Open and Click tracking`enabled. In Advanced Ads we′ve checked that the two database tables are created. We are using Tracking method: Frontend. Set Impressions & Clicks as what to track. Can you please advice how to make this work so we can get tracking reports of banner ads. Thank you for your input and reply.     Hi Eva,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    This might be connected to the usage of of the the link cloaking option on your ad settings. Please activate this and let me know if it was already enabled.

    Since this question is referring to a premium add-on and the forums on www.remarpro.com are only for the plugins that are also hosted here I want kindly ask you to send your reply to our customer support.

    Hi Henning! I′ve sent a question in your customer support link, but has not recieved any answer. Can you please guide where to to find the cloaking option in admin panel? Advanced Ads > Settings > ?Tracking > ? We can′t find it?
    We really would like this to work and to switch from Adroutate into Advanced Ads if we can make the tracking work. / Kind Regards / Eva S / LG IT / Automation Magazine
