Thanks for the screenshots. I compared them with our list of known plugin conflicts, but could not see a culprit.

I would test disabling the Smush plugin and the WP Rocket extension because they might cause this conflict.

If the same issue appears when they are disabled, the easiest way would be using the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin to disable all plugins only for your and to reactivate them one-by-one.

Did you have a chance to deactivate these plugins or try the health check plugin in the meantime?
