Advanced Ads and my site

  • Hi!
    i tried all steps to resolve this issue that i get in my Google Adsense account: https://icecream.me/daa353a2561f77cdbcaa780cdd6af6f9

    then when i followed the steps i found out i had to install a plugin and i installed Advanced Ads. and i even created an Ads.txt file using the automatic option but the same error appeared and no ads appeared on my site even though the file was enabled check this link

    later when i researched more i found out i had to contact WP support for them to add this https://icecream.me/967eee8e8d9eb0c87758a755a67b69c3
    these codes there.

    the file is added virtually you guys need to assist me in adding those codes.
    lastly, i contacted hostgator but they said i use www.remarpro.com package thus you guys can only have access to do that.

  • I’m not trying to give you a further runaround but we are all volunteers here and support WordPress itself but we can’t support all the many plugins available. For that there should be plugin support facilities from the plugin author.

    We don’t have access to your site itself so we can’t add the code for you and we can not accept login credentials to access your website so there’s just no way we can help you. Unless something within your WordPress install is broken and I see nothing wrong there.

    You might try calling HostGator again to see if one of their other techs might try to help you. You might also reach out to Google for more documentation.

    Frankly, I’m surprised you are having any trouble since you have that plugin to do most of the work for you. It’s usually a very easy operation as long as you work step by step and cut and paste the codes and such.

    The information on our site that you cites does not ask to contact www.remarpro.com, but to reach out to WP Engine. If you are not hosting there then this solution is not for you. In the latter case please open a new thread in our forum so that I can assist you there.
