I noticed, that no role which are created from the plugin which I use for membership control works. If I say: “Can download? No” it doesent′t work. I′m able to download with this roles if they are set to no download.

@svenrop, which membership plugin are you using?

Hi, I′m using Paid Membership Pro, this one: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/

OK, thanks. That was the combination I wanted to use, so please let us know if you resolve the issue.

The problem is that the plugin owner doesn′t answer of any question, extremly bad support for free and paid user.

Have you tried via their contact page?

I’ve asked a couple of pre-sales questions and have received a reply within a short time. I haven’t purchased their plugins yet.

Or are you not getting support from PMPro?

Yes I did, because I′m having problems with the extension “Advanced Access Manager”. It doesn′t work correctly but no answer.
