    After inspecting the source code, I notice the following error being returned by your server:

    Request URL:https://advanceprobasketball.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Request Method:POST
Status Code:500 Internal Server Error
Remote Address:205.186.179.232:80

    This is a server error that your hosting service provider can help you troubleshoot, as they have access the server’s error log files. In the meanwhile, could you try changing the User Agent Accuracy parameter from HIGH to NORMAL (if you’re using Slimstat 4.3.6) and see if that helps? You can find it under Slimstat > Settings > Tracker tab.
