Advance panel error in new post

I am in the new post or old posts, and the “All in One seo” and others plugins how “Personalized Fields” of advance panel appear over my new post, floating over the text of my new post.

I change the theme for the standard, and give me the same error.
I change the folder plugins and give me the same error with standard “Personalized Fields”.

My only solution was go to Options and disabled all the Advance Panel features.

Another error some times appear, maybe for my monitor, when I press the 3 points up on the right corner, no appear the scroll down for go to the “Option”

My primary language is spanish sorry.
