• Hi Team,
    We had last reached out to you all on the 23rd July and then again on the 2nd of August. We have faced with a situation where the Advance Cron Manager had stopped suddenly causing a huge business impact. We would want to go on a call with you all or need some help in order to understand why this was stopped. This is utmost important for us to ensure to avoid whatver has cuased this.

    Hii,

    The issue is that cron jobs are not executing in the Advanced Cron Manager due to over 4,000 pending cron tasks. Whenever we try to execute the cron job manually, it shows as successfully executed, but the total count of cron tasks remains the same.

    Well, looks like it’s not implemented server cron, or your WordPress doesn’t spawn WP Cron correctly. Make sure the “Enable server scheduler” option is disabled, and DISABLE_WP_CRON constant in wp-config.php file is set to false or is not there at all.

    Otherwise, it’s a instance specific issue, not the plugin error.

    You also mentioned that certain instances are causing this issue. Could you please help us identify which specific instance is causing the problem? We need a permanent solution, so understanding the cause of this issue is important.”
