    Hi,

I start using free version of this plugin I just noticed that my orders origin status stop showing its just showing me the “unknown” status.

I disable this plugin now and we need to add coupons ASAP.

I am moving forward to any other plugin but if you can resolve this problem i will be happily using for long term.

Looking forward if you can share the solution promptly or anyone else suggest me any other free plugin which offers %age discount on categories level. The free plugins i found are only for product discount level but i need to add percentage discount on category level.

    Please help urgent

    Thanks

    Hi @nyvdigital,

I attempted to replicate your issue, but it seems to be working fine for me. https://snipboard.io/UxnC3p.jpg.

Could you please perform basic debugging on your website? There may be a conflict with another third-party plugin. For your reference, please read the following documentation: https://advancedcouponsplugin.com/knowledgebase/how-to-conduct-a-basic-debug-for-advanced-coupons/

No. all of my plugins working fine. As soon i disabled this plugin it showing the origin of the orders.

I even tried to activate again but still same issue.

    It’s only this plugin issue

    Hi @nyvdigital,

It seems likely that a third-party plugin on your site may be causing this conflict when our plugin is active. To help pinpoint the source of the issue, please follow these basic debugging steps:

    1. Disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and Advanced Coupons for WooCommerce.

    2. Check if you can still reproduce the issue with only these plugins active.

If the issue doesn’t occur, start re-enabling your other plugins one at a time. Each time, test to see if the issue returns. When it does, the most recently activated plugin is likely causing the conflict.

    Hi @nyvdigital,

I haven’t hear back from you so I assume that you have resolved the issue on your own. I’ll mark this as resolved from now. But if you still encounter this issue, please comment again below.
