I am using this plugin alongside BBpress. I have bbpress setup such that I can use the TinyMCE Editor on the front end. However, some of the TinyMCE buttons such as mark, underline, subscript/superscript, table, header, alignment, etc aren’t properly registering on the front end. They appear fine when I am creating the reply, but when I post, things get wonky.

Nvm. I figured it out. I was limiting my post to BBpress html tags only. I opened it up to a wide range and it worked.

I’m glad you figured it out. Just be careful to not “open up” that access to anonymous/not logged in users ??
