Adsense messed up my template. Help!

I installed the adsense manager plugin and it was working fine, but yesterday when I edited a post that contained adsense everything went wonky.
My posts are now in the sidebar, and the footer is at the top of the page.
I’m very, very new and don’t know php. Can anyone help???
