“Adsense is not connected” message
-
Hi,
I have installed Google Kit as it was recommended on the Adsense page for WordPress. I activated to plugin and followed the steps but when I go to settings>connected services, I have the following message displayed: “Adsense is not connected, Site Kit has placed AdSense code on your site: check module page”
Have I done something wrong or is it normal whilst the application with Adsense is pending? Do I need to do something else?
If you could please help me. Thank you
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for opening a support topic. From checking your site I can se the AdSense code placed, so I suspect it’s just a matter of waiting for AdSense approval.
In relation to your “AdSense is not connected” status I’ll need to check this. I suspect it’s as a result of not have an approved account yet, as opposed to a pending site approval. (both must be approved)
Have I done something wrong or is it normal whilst the application with Adsense is pending? Do I need to do something else?
No, it’s normal that before ads are shown both your AdSense account and site must be approved. While I can’t see the status of either on my side you can login to AdSense directly to check the status, which should also match with the status shown within Site Kit.
If you want to share your Site Health information here or privately via this form I can also check the status which you can see from the same location.
Hi,
Thank you for your response. If you could please check the status because when I try I go around in a circle and cannot see it. Also, I am getting emails reminder from Adsense saying that I need to paste my code to continue the verification process: is that normal?
Please see below the Site Health Check Information. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Many thanks for sharing. From reviewing your details above I can see the below flag:
adsense_account_status: graylisted
Unfortunately we don’t have any insights on how the AdSense logic determines when and how a site reaches this status. It may simply be a case of getting in touch with the AdSense team.
Once you’re account status is changed to approved ads will start to appear as expected. Sorry we can’t be most assistance on this.
