AdSense acting weird in Branford Magazine theme

I’m using Branford Magazine v4.2 and Ad Codes Widget plugin v110523. The site is here.

Google’s AdSense works on every page except the front page. I’ve looked through the forums here, and at the theme developer’s site, as well as a general web search, and found nothing.

Can anyone point me to some resources that might help me figure this out?
