adsence script code disappear after 5-6 days on my site

  • Hi,
    I created AdSense account for my technical site. Google has sent me the AdSense code.
    and I am also put that script code my header section of the website. and submit also.
    but after somedays whenever I check my code editor site. then the script code got disappear automatically.
    please help me. it happens to me twice.
