Ads wont show up/html code in Text widget not appearing in footer

Hi,

I’ve installed this theme recently and I’m really liking it but I’ve been having trouble to get my ads to show up. I’m using an ad network that provides some html code as a widget. The code seems to work as an empty html page and even with other themes under the sidebar/footer area with the text widget but not with this theme. It seems the widget code is working but the theme isn’t displaying it?

Any help would be appreciated!
