Ads suddenly stopped working

    Hello,

    I am struggling with a problem that’s happening on both my pc and my phone. I am not talking about Adsense, I am using a third-party ad company to serve ads (Venatus) and I am using your plugin to serve the ads with the codes they provided. There were no Javascript errors or anything, it was “visible” for the viewport I specified when I checked the blocks. While I am logged in (no incognito), the ads usually load. When I try it in the Incognito (Chrome, Edge…) it almost never loads the ads and I see only blanks. Same for the phone.

    What’s surprising, everything was working fine until a few days ago when it started showing only blank preloaded blocks (this issue was intermittently happening, so not all the time). Before, I was using your plugin for many months with zero issues. Yesterday and the day before, the impressions for ads dropped by more than 40%, so I assume it’s working incorrectly for many users because I had the same amount of users on my site according to Google Analytics.

    I tried reverting my site back to the date when the impressions were normal ( both files and the db) – no success. I updated my WP version to 5.9 & also plugins, still no luck. I continued to Disable all plugins except for the 3 essential ones, then disabled literally everything except for Ad Inserter, still not loading when tried in Incognito or loading only sometimes… I even disabled Cloudflare for a limited amount of time but that did not solve anything either…

    I am at my wit’s end. It seems like something is blocking these requests but I have no idea what.

    Is there anything I can do more to fix this or what to do to make them load like before?

    I enabled the remote debugging tool and also disabled Wp Fastest Cache.

    Hello,

    please note that the plugin only inserts ad codes:
    https://adinserter.pro/faq/how-ad-inserter-works

    Therefore, I can only check if the blocks are properly inserted – and they are.
    You already used dubgging functions – you can see the blocks are where they should be.

    It seems the ad network is not serving ads to your website – all the ad blocks are blank.

    The only hint I see in the console in the browser:

    Now I can see ads displayed.
