Ads still show on disallowed user permissions

Hello,

My website has a membership system where members can visit any pages without ads. However, I found that the ads still visible from the member’s perspective.

I set the permission like this:

Permission > Not Equal > Member

I have tried other permission settings as well, but none of them are work. But, for several hours yesterday, the settings working perfectly fine. The problem occurs this morning and still continues as I write this question.

Perhaps someone can help me.
