Ads Stacking Diagonally

I’ve installed this plugin with success on another site. And it worked for a brief time on bigthompsoncanyon.com/lodging/bed-breakfast with the SKT Black theme.
The ads need to appear one on each line. They did for a day and when I refreshed the page the next day they were overlapped and stacking diagonally down to the right. I have not changed any code so far. What might be causing this?
