The cache is probably the issue here. It is in its nature that it saves one version of the site and ignores dynamic content like ads based on some conditions. Our cache-busting solves that.

Please let me know if the cache is not the problem after all here.

Sure. Cache-busting is a feature included in Advanced Ads Pro, which costs 29€.
Dollar and Euro are almost equal, so I think it will be around $32.
