Ads showing on contact form with less then 10 words on page!

In the settings i made it so that the ads show only if article is longer then 200 characters yet on my contact page where i only have contact form plugin set there is two ads showing.

I also have a page with a picture of a menu and there is two ads showing so its clearly not recognizing above setting.

Any ideas on a way to fix this?
