Ads showing in Debug mode only

Hello and thanks for developing this great plugin.
I’m testing it on my blog with W3 Total cache (Disk: basic mode and Minify disabled).
I’ve activated ads in posts only, top and bottom. The problem is that ads are shown only if I activade ad injection Debug Mode. If I disable it and Flush W3 cache, the ads don’t show anymore.
If I set it back to debuck, ads appear again.

Do you know why this happen?
