    Hi SAM
I am using SAM on this website https://cfig.ca/ to display a top leaderboard ad (728×90) and a bottom right big box ad (300x250px). There are multiple ads in rotation in these spaces. The ads should rotate on a page refresh but this only works in Chrome and not Firefox. In Firefox the ad always remains on the first ad and will not rotated.

Is there an issue with this plugin not rotating ads in Firefox. Do you have any ideas on how I might resolve this issue without switching to another ad manager.

    Thank you

Do you use the cache? If so, what output mode you are using (php, js)? Why do you use not the widgets of plugin?

I used the shortcodes because that is what I was used too. I have now tried using the plugin widget. With mixed results. All of the ads rotate on a page refresh in Chrome (this is what I expect and want to happen). However, this does not happen in Firefox or IE. The only way to get the ads to rotate in FF and IE seems to be if I manually go into WP Super Cache and delete the cache. Is there a way to set it up so that the ads will rotate on a user page refresh in FF and IE.

    Thank you

Set output mode to “Caching Compatible (Javascript)” on the settings page…
