"Ads Places" page missing? 404 error.

Hello.
I’ve been using Simple Ads Manager for nearly 2 years. It’s been great and I have not had any problems. I need to move and change some ads on my site. Now when I click the “Ads Places” tab I’m getting a “404 – not found” error. Ads display and work fine, I just can’t access the “places” page to make some changes. Any thoughts?
