Ads not Showing Up on Multilingual Site Using Polylang

    Dear Advanced Ads Team,

    Firstly, thank you. You’ve made it very easy to insert ads into a website, and also have very comprehensive guides online.

    I tried finding a solution to this before, but don’t think I’ve come across anyone with a similar issue. Therefore, I’m posting it here in hopes that you know how I can fix it ??

    I have a website that I’ve linked, and it has two versions: English and Estonian. Note that both sites have different content (posts, etc.) I’m using the Saxon theme from Envato Market, and I’m using Polylang for the language switching.

    When I insert ads into the English site, which I do through the Theme Settings, it works awesome. However, when I do the exact same thing with the Estonian site, it just doesn’t show up on the Estonian site. I’m pretty confused, and have 0 idea on what to do, hehe. I would greatly appreciate any and all sort of help, thank you so much!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I just tried the Polylang integration using the language display condition as described here successfully on my test page.

    After attaching both language ads to a group and assigning this group to a placement, the condition shows the correct ad for each language version of the article.

    Can you please try this as well and also let me know about your specific ad settings and way you have integrated the two ads?

    Thank you so much for your reply! That worked great! I wasn’t aware of how to get the placements working, I was instead trying to insert ads through shortcodes on my theme settings.
