ads not showing sometimes

Hi,
i’m working on a website with adrotate pro.
there is an issue, that sometimes ads appear- at the start and the end of post(single), but sometimes not.
(somtimes just at the start of the post, sometimes just at the end, and somtimes none of them).thanks,
