[Datafeedr Random Ads v2 Issue] Ads Not showing on refresh or page change

I have 5 Areas on my site that I put Ads. I have 4 Ad Groups – one of these Ad Groups is used in 2 areas. I have 5 Ads in each Ad Group.

However, when i go to my site, sometimes no ads show in some of the areas on my site, if i click refresh or go to another page, the ads do change but some areas still dont show ads – and its very random – one area might show nothing on first view, but then it will have an ad on second view, but then other areas might be the opposite – its very random,

The way I think Datafeedr Random Ads is supposed to work is that it should show ads from the ad groups every time – sometimes its just not showing ads – I need to figure this out urgently. Please help.
