Ads not showing in Groups & Rotation

    Hi there –

    We’ve been using this plugin for the past couple of years and it had been working great.

    Today we discovered that the ads are not showing anymore in the Groups & Rotations tab even though ads are published with groups assigned to them. Please see the below screenshots –

    Could you please let us know how this can be fixed?

    Thank you very much for reporting the issue.

    After looking into this, I found that this “only” effects the visibility of ad names in the group list and not the actual group rotation in the frontend.

    We are currently looking into this and I await a fixed plugin version within the next days. Meanwhile, I suggest using the plugin version 1.46.0. You can download this one right here using the dropdown under “Advanced Options”.

    The issue was addressed with the release of Advanced Ads version 1.47.4

    Please upgrade to the latest version and let me know if there are any further questions.

    I’m having the same issue. I updated to 1.47.4 and the Groups & Rotations page was showing old ads that had expired last year… Then I saw there was a 1.47.5 update and installed that. Now it’s showing nothing under Groups & Rotations again…

    Same issue here, bug seems still present on last update. Under a certain group, I only see 2 ads instead of the three which are assigned to that group. Works fine on frontend, this seems to only be affecting admin panels.

    I am also having this issue (front end fine; backend missing ads on Groups & Rotations page). My regular and pro plugins are up to date.
