Ads not showing in Astra

Hi, I am using Ad Inserter on a couple of my websites and it works great; a couple are on Avada, a couple on Astra.

One of the Astra theme sites is not showing ads at all no matter what I do. After comparing the two sites as best I can, the only difference I can see is that the one that IS working, the ad block is black and the letters in colors.

On the one that is NOT working, the code block is white with black letters…like it just isn’t working.

I added code by hand on one page just to make sure it wasn’t that, and it’s working fine.

I’m not a programmer, so I am looking for some basic help…thank you!
