NOTE: I forgot I had the Pro version so I’m emailing support on your site since this is a time sensitive issue for me.

    Hello!

I spent the last couple of days setting up free cloudflare… I was checking that my ads still showed along the way as I had to install several plugins but I must have missed something because now they are not showing. I have a feature tomorrow (the page listed) so I’m a bit desperate to get this fixed.

I’ve checked out your Known Conflicts page and have disabled a couple plugins… but I still can’t get them to show on any page. I’ll keep working but if you are able to quickly tell me what my issue is I’d be grateful.

This is a screenshot of the newest addons I installed, though several are disabled.

    Thanks!

    WHAT I”VE DONE
    Velocity Minify disabled.
Had cloudflare set to minify java, html, css and turned that off.
WP Fastest Cache (normal and premium plugin) deactivated

    Hi Nancy,

I didn’t find your email to support, so I am replying here.

I can see three ads in the top of the page you linked. Is something else missing?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

I’ve tested my site on three different browsers. No ads show anywhere. I checked in the browser console of Firefox and it shows they are not loading…

Do I need to do a anything differently since switching to SSL?

I just tested my site on a laptop and the ads show up. I have no idea why they are not showing on my computer on any browser but showing elsewhere. Any ideas?

    Hi Nancy,

is it possible that the computer has an anti-virus software with an integrated ad-blocker installed?

    Thanks,

I did just have to reinstall AVG… I’ll check on that. Thanks!

    Hi Nancy,

did you have any luck with reinstalling AVG?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for reaching out again. I did reinstall it and AVG is working properly… yet for some reason I still cannot see the ads on my own PC on any browser (Chrome, Firefox and IE. Yet they are there for others to see and on my cell phone and other devices. I have no idea what is causing this odd issue. I do use Adblocker but I always have it turned off for my own site. I wish I had paid more attention to when they stopped showing. I just assumed it was after the cloudflare and the addons I installed to get SSL working. But if my PC is the only thing they don’t show on I assume that’s not it.

It’s still showing the failed script loading in the FF browser console for all the google ads on the bottom of this image. I just don’t know what that means: https://oi66.tinypic.com/8xugwi.jpg

    Hi Nancy,

did you test it also with AVG being disabled?

From the looks of it, it seems like there must be a local problem on your PC, not on your website.

I checked again and see the ads on my computer.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Disabling AVG does no good. It must definitely be my computer. Just not sure what might be causing it… never had this happen before. I’ll do more research.

    Hi Nancy,

I am closing the issue since it seemed that it is a local problem on your computer and not with Advanced Ads. Please feel free to let me know if you believe that it is related to the plugin after all.

    Thanks,
    Thomas
