ads not rotating on mobile

    Ads rotate fine on desktop but do not rotate on mobile.
    I’ve set the page in question to not be cached in both site caching & cloudflare.

    WP: 6.6.1
    Adrotate Banner Manager: V5.13.3
    PHP: 7.4.33
