Thank you for given us such a wonderful plugin.

I have installed your plugin and set up manual ads which is working fine.

The challenge I have is that I run a site with custom post types (job post, job categories and job tags) but the ads are not showing up on this custom post type.

I have created a before content, after content and matched content ad units which are displaying beautifully on post and pages. I want to display these ads on the custom post as well.

Let me add that I have woo-commerce custom post type as well but that one is working fine.

Thank you for your support in advance.

    Regards.

    Hi japohim,

    Thanks for reaching out.

To find out what exactly the problem could be, please activate the debug mode of the ad you are placing there. Afterward, you will find a textbox in the frontend with the information on whether this ad is displayed here or not. With the debug mode, you can verify whether the conditions cause the problem or not.

Alternatively, you could insert the shortcode of the ad and check if it is showing up in the frontend.

If the ad does not appear, please create a widget placement (Advanced Ads > Placements), assign the ad to this placement, and select this placement in the Advanced Ads widget that you can add to your widget page where this error occurs.

Did you create your job pages with this plugin?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hello Joachim,

Thank you for given me all these guidelines,

Unfortunately, I have tried all the suggestions and nothing seems to be working.

The debug does not appear on jobs pages front end. The short code is not also responding. When I enter the short-code in the WordPress code editor it returns the same short code in the front end without any output.

Regarding your question, on the usage of WPJM I confirm that that is the main plugin I use. My theme is capstone and I also use litespeed cache. However, I have already deactivated all plugins that might have possible conflict but that could not help.

    Thank you
