I solved in _all_ ADs including
DIV style=”width:250px; text-align: center;”

Wow, thank goodness this problem wasn’t just me – I have been pulling my hair out all day, playing with W3TC, Cloudflare etc, but remembered a recent update to AdRotate… My earnings literally plummeted!
