"Ads" menu not appearing in menu

  • Hi, I have recently moved hosting companies and the “Ads” menu stopped appearing in the Admin panel.

    Question from my hoster:

    Does the plugin require any of the following:

    WordPress Editor, url_fopen or PHP exec or exec.php?

    They have disabled some stuff and with that information they can help me better.
