Ads manager info is blank

    Hello! I use the Facebook for woocommerce plugin to integrate my products from WordPress to Facebook, but recently I’ve noticed that the ads manager account number is blank. Could you please help me fix it? I have already disconnected the integration and connected again (and I have selected the ads account number on the reintegration). The plugin is also up to date.

    Hi @yviebarcellos,

    To make sure I’m on the same page, are you referring to a dash showing for the Ad Manager Account?

    The Ad Manager Account is expected to display the dash as Facebook removed the option from the set up process due to an issue. We’re still working with Facebook to determine when this would be added back in also. I wish I could give you clearer answers regarding but unfortunately I can’t at this moment!

    The ads are still managed in Facebook though, and you can check that by going to this link: https://business.facebook.com/settings/ad-accounts/682455532537399?business_id=4131738640177518

    You should be able to see your ad accounts and who has access to it like this:
