Ads jump when rotating

Hi I think I have the lastest version of the plugin 3.10.13 – the adverts in my sidebar & header jump when they rotate – I read that there was a fix for this in the latest versions but doesn’t seem to be working for me site here: https://www.eastlife.ooh-websites.co.uk
