Ads in WebStories do not appear

Hi @setorneinvestidor thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear that you are having issues with ads displaying in Web Stories. Looking at your stories I can see that they are valid and passing AMP validation.

We are limited to support for the Web Stories plugin here but I’d be happy to check your setup further to see if there’s anything obvious that I can spot which may be contributing to this.

Please could you share your Site Health Information using this private form and I will see if I can spot anything.

@adamdunnage Thank you for your help. I disabled the Site Kit ad unit and manually enabled it in the Web Stories Plugin settings and it worked.

@adamdunnage One question, I realized that I can put several tags in WebStories, but only 10 tags appear when I balance the WebStories and open it again. 10 tags is the recommended maximum number, if not, is there an ideal number?

@setorneinvestidor Which tags in particular are you referring to?

This should be going out with the next release which is scheduled for tomorrow so once live I will update here.

@setorneinvestidor We’ve recently released an updated version of the Web Stories plugin (v1.22.0) which includes the fix mentioned above. Please update to the new version and confirm if the issue has been resolved on your end as well. Thank you!
