Ads Getting Inserted Inside Table of Contents

    Hello,
    Thanks for such a great plugin

    But I am facing an issue, I have a setting to insert ad after 6th paragraph, and in some of my blog post ad is getting inserted inside table of contents, which does not looks good

    here is the screen shot how it is looking Screenshot

    Please, tell me how to fix this
