Ads display on Desktop, tablits, and not I devices.

I have a big problem. None of my ads show up on my IPhone 5C or my IPod touch. The ads work fine on my IPad. Here is what i have tried.
Clear history.
Clear w3 total cache caches.
Made sure cookies and java script were being accepted.
deactivated WordPress SEO.
Re saved the ads over and over.
Activated mobile ads.
At this point i am lost and do not no what else to do. Here is an example post.

By the way, i deactivated this plugin while changing themes. I later installed it again and this was the result. It is still the same theme.
