Ads are only showing part of the time

Hi,
Ive used wp quads for a number of years with no problems. On this website I changed to a different theme, however I made no other changes. After a while (I dont know if its related to me changing from Weaver to Jupiter theme) I noticed the ads are only showing part of the time. Mostly there is a white space in place of where the ads were supposed to be.
I deactivated all other plugins and activated the 20 eleven theme, but the problem is still exactly the same. I dont know if there is some bug or whatever in the plugin. I would like to continue to use wp quads as I am very happy with it in general.
