Ads Are Not Showing up

I have been contacting Google since January 1st. My ads are not showing up at all. My account is approved, I can see Google Adsense in my developer tools, and the ads are displaying on my AdSense account but as “new” and not “active”. What can I do to fix this? It has been a month loss of potential revenue because no ads have been showing and your support failure to support. Please help.
