I have the plugin on different sites and suddenly it doesn′t show the adgroups in the sitebar-widget. Tried a few hours to solve it, but couldn′t find a solution.

Did anything change on your site recently? Did you do any updates?
Do the ads work in the desktop when you edit one, does the preview show?

Where is your sitebar (Sidebar?) I clicked a few pages but neither has a sidebar I think.

    Thanks for your fast answer:

    1. I have the problem also on the site https://www.deutschlandverlassen.com. You will find Sidebars

    2. Changes: Only updates
    3. Some preview I can see, some not.

Hmm, I see a widget on both sites in your page source, but as soon as I click the code in the source/inspector my browser freezes.

They’re probably javascript ads? If so, make sure the code is still compatible with whatever updates you did.
If your theme changed the way widgets work for example, maybe some conflict came up. There are some errors, though I can’t see the tab because the browser freezes…

Another option could be that, if you updated AdRotate itself and from a older version, you need to allow unfiltered HTML to work. This is a security thing in WordPress preventing certain types of ads from working.
Read how to enable it here: https://ajdg.solutions/support/adrotate-manuals/enabling-unfiltered-html/

Ok, thanks so much, I will try it

    English please.

Then make sure your ads work in the previews, you can see that when editing an advert.
If that works, the adcode is probably fine. If not, fix the adcode. Check for missing closing tags or misplaced ‘s or “s and things like that.

Perhaps try to place the advert someplace else as a test, with a shortcode for example.

If all that works then there is something wrong with the widget/theme or another plugin is causing a conflict

Ok, thanks, all that works ….then it is something with the plugin/theme on both sites with different themes. I will check the plugins.

I am working wit WPML, is there a possibility to show the ads also on the other languages?

Sorry, I had a few issues, some in german, some in english so I was a bit confused.

Switching from a text widget to the AdRotate widget may help, or the other way around.
That way you can rule out widget types too.
