Problem connecting pixel to WP

Hi, we launched a new web site today and tried to add the Meta pixel, but in the installation it says that the business account can’t be used, due to locked ads account. We have been in contact with Meta and there is no problem on our account, they say this has to be solved in WP. Please help us.
