I have been getting this error:

AdRotate?has detected several issues that require your attention:
? You have enabled caching support but W3 Total Cache is not active on your site!?Disable W3 Total Cache Support.
? You have enable caching support but the W3TC_DYNAMIC_SECURITY definition is not set.?How to configure W3 Total Cache.
? You have enable caching support but Borlabs Cache is not active on your site!?Disable Borlabs Cache Support.

since October 2022, and I still cannot figure out to resolve it. GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress automatically added an “Object Cache Pro” plugin at that time, but it has since been disabled. I just got off support with GoDaddy and they have double checked that all Cache plugins are disabled.

I cannot uncheck “Check this box if you use W3 Total Caching on your site.” or “Check this box if you use Borlabs Caching on your site.” in the Miscellaneous Settings. When I try, it does not save the changes.

I have flushed the cache in WordPress. I have disabled all Caching plugins. I cannot retrieve the stats from the web banners that ran before this issue, nor can I run any web banners now. I am at a loss.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Disable caching support in settings, or configure the caching as directed by the notification.

If the settings do not save something is hindering the settings page from working. This can be a cache or a different plugin getting in the way.

I’m not familiar with GoDaddys caching thing but I doubt that’d be the problem.

We are not using either of those caching plugins so configuring it wouldn’t do anything, correct?

It is true that the settings will not save. I cannot disable the caching support due to that. I tried disabling plugins to no avail. I tried flushing the WordPress cache.

Right, if you don’t use those plugins the settings format will be ineffective.

As far as I can tell saving settings works fine in current versions of AdRotate so there is logically no bugaboo that front.
You can deactivate and reactivate the plugin so it’ll run through a basic settings check. But otherwise I’m inclined to think the issue is created by another plugin.

Geez, that spellcheck/autocorrect messed up the post… Let me try again (highlighted bold):
