AdRotate plugin causing fatal error

Hi. Was updating my plugins and found an error. so i deactivated all plugins and started to activate them one by one again and the very first plugin causing the fatal error is Adrotate banner plugin. I need to have this activated and on back on my clients website. but i just dont know where to start fixing the problem.
